Predator drones from the US are being considered for procurement: Admiral of the Navy Kumar

The case for the proposed acquisition of a fleet of Predator drones from the US is being processed, according to Chief of Naval Staff Admiral R. Hari Kumar on Saturday. New Delhi, Dec. 3

The initial plan was for purchasing 30 MQ-9B Predator armed drones for more than USD 3 billion in order to increase India’s surveillance capabilities both along its border with China and in the Indian Ocean region.
